This book documents a public library intervention aimed to creat a new dialog between artists and library users. The project offered readers the opportunity to borrow artist books. Each book holds half the bookmarks received from participants in this exhibition; the other half were placed in books in the library to be discovered by the readers. -- Source of annotation: Marvin or Ruth Sackner.

This documents a parade in which the participants wore decorated dust suits made by 16 artists from 14 countries. Each of the artists was sent a suit by mail to decorate by painting, rubberstamping, sewing, etc. -- Source of annotation: Marvin or Ruth Sackner.

The label states that Eighty Days was made during an Australian Visit from June 13 until August 31, 1997. The cloth bag is labeled Networkers are Miners on one side and Fossick Edition on the other. On one of the photocopied sheets within the bag, the meaning of Fossick is given as Australian or New Zealand slang for to rummage or to search. Its contents are 30 works produced by students of the School of Arts at University of Ballarat that explore the themes of mining, minerals and local history of Ballarat, Australia.The case also contains a catalogue entitled "Field Study Australia" documenting international mail art exhibited at the Courthouse Project in Geelong, Australia.The plastic case is a blue color with the Australian flag embossed on its lid. -- Source of annotation: Marvin or Ruth Sackner.

This catalogue lists and illustrates a set of 35 publications in 75 single issues with over 1700 contributions by nearly 1000 artists from almost 45 countries from the private collection of artist Serge Segay. The collector hoped to place all the publications in an institution, which included mail art from 1979 through 2005 with emphasis on visual adn experimental poetry of the 90's. The Sackner Archive purchased two Assemblings, "Leopold Bloom," from this catalogue in 2011.
